Great Basin National Park proposes to repair the 3.2 mile Lehman Creek Trail, accessed from the Upper Lehman Creek Campground to the trailhead at Wheeler Peak Campground. In accordance with the Interagency Trail Standards the repair work will involve the removal of vegetation growing into the trail, repair and addition of water bars, replacement of signs at the trailheads at both the Upper Lehman Creek Campground and the Wheeler Peak Campground, and repair of the trail tread.

Repair of the Lehman Creek Trail will enable park visitors and employees access to remote areas of the park and allow for easier access in the event of a search and rescue, allow employees an easier route to work areas, as well as improve recreational activities.
