Rehabilitation of Chief Petty Officer Bungalows on Ford Island

World War II Valor in the Pacific National Monument » Rehabilitation of Chief Petty Officer Bungalows on Ford Island » Document List

Preservation of cultural resources is a core mission of the National Park Service. The six Chief Petty Officer Bungalows on Ford Island need preservation actions in order to ensure that they will last into the future. The National Park Service will be exploring ways to preserve these buildings and how best to utilize them in a manner that enhances preservation.

I encourage the public to learn about this part of the history of Pearl Harbor and to contact the National Park Service about this project.
