This project is a monitoring project to meet the requirements of the Army COE 404 permit. Water is being diverted from the L31E culvert and spread out along the base of the L31 Levee and allow to flow toward Biscayne Bay in a natural way. This project is designed by the Biscayne Bay coastal Wetlands aspect of the Greater Everglades Restoration Project.
