Akers- Install Metal Gate

Proposal to install a metal pipe gate to close access to the mouth of Gladden Creek, downstream from Akers Ferry, to all but Service Personnel. Once installed, the gate will deter public access to bottomland floodplain lying within the flash flood zone.
