El Portal Administration Site Bus Shelter

To purchase and install pre-fabricated ADA compliant bus shelter at the designated bus stop site at 5083 Foresta Road in El Portal. This will include minor ground disturbance on a pre disturbed site in that a 3' x 12' concrete extention of the existing sidewalk will have to be poured in order to meet accessible requirements. The shelter is a bronze colored aluminium frame with tinted tempered glass panels measuring 5' deep x 15' wide x 8' high. I have consulted with both the Archeology and History, Architecture and Landscapes branch chiefs and both stated they have no concerns with this project.
