A Memorandum to the File has been signed for this project. It is categorically excluded from further compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act, as a continuation of categorical exclusion 08-ce-002-Replace culverts on Zzyzx Road. This project follows the same footprint of disturbance. 08-ce-002 addresses the placement of product (gravel) to stabilize the the road surface; this project replaces the use of gravel with asphalt shavings.
The project is due to begin in 2008.
