Net increase of one bedroom, living room and one bath at residential parcel 64 (APN) 080-270-3950-02, located at 9764 Spruce Court, El Portal. Remodel would include removal of 384 square feet of current residence and a two story rebuild over the same area plus an additional footprint increase of 192 square feet (8ft X 24ft). The total rebuild would be 1152 square feet (two stories) with a net gain of 768 square feet. Exterior walls will be wood frame construction using materials consistent with the existing structure.

Park archeologist has recommended monitoring during trenching.
