Yosemite Valley Indian Creek Apartments H56 & H62 Structural Damage Repair

This project is being initiated to repair and protect an existing structure from further damage resulting from a falling tree. Project goal is to restore building to safe usable condition by repairing damage to apartment buildings H56 & H62 exteriors, roofs, interiors and fencing.

Basic Scope of Work: H-56
#1 Remove damaged wood siding, window, roof sheeting, roof rafters, perlins and dry wall.
#2 Replace / repair wall siding, window, rafters, perlins, ceiling joists, roof sheeting and drywall in same manor as original construction.
#3 Tape texture and paint drywall to match existing.
#4 Reinstall damaged attic insulation to same depth as existing.
#5 Repair roof coverings with like materials.
#6 Paint all affected exterior surfaces.
#7 Clean carpets throughout house.

Basic Scope of Work: H-62
#1 Remove damaged roof sheeting to allow replacement of broken roof rafters.
#2 Replace / repair damaged roof rafters.
#3 Replace roof sheeting that was affected.
#4 Repair roof covering with like materials.
#5 Repair any damage to drywall caused by roof damage.
#6 Paint all affected areas of repair.

Repair and replace fence surrounding the yard. Paint to match existing color.
