The Lees Ferry Improvements EA Public Review Period has ended. During the review period the superintendent received two comments from seperate individuals through the PEPC system. The superintendent also received a Letter of concurrence from the Arizona State Office of Historic Preservation, the United States Fish and Wildlife Service and the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality.
The Finding of No Significant Impacts (FONSI) has been signed by the park superintendent and the Regional Director and the NEPA process is completed for the proposed projects.
