Burnside Property - Historic Lease property has been vacated due to lease violations and property needs immediate attention. Due to condition of the property, clean up of all buildings is required. Upon clean up, park maintenance staff will correct weatherization issues such as broken windows, gutters, siding, etc. All plumbing will be checked, tested, and repaired to eliminate structural damage from broken components/water.
