Yosemite Institute seeks to restore the exterior of the Myer's Ranch House in a style compatible with the established period of historical significance. Restoration work would include replacement of rotten/damaged siding, repair of window frames and replacement of broken/missing glass, replacement/repair of doors, painting siding and frames.
Work would be carried out by Yosemite Institute staff and outside contractors. Area of impact would be limited to the area immediately adjacent to the building. All work will be conducted under the supervision of the NPS Historical Architect and no tasks outside the scope of work presented in this document will be undertaken without consultation with NPS.
