Slavery Exhibit in Melrose S. Slave Cabin
Natchez National Historical Park » Slavery Exhibit in Melrose S. Slave Cabin
Natchez National Historical Park is upgrading the slavery exhibit in the South Slave Cabin at Melrose from a three panel temporary exhibit to a ten panel exhibit that better tells the history of slavery in the Lower South with an emphasis on Natchez. Park management is interested in getting review comments from the public. Comments will be received through August 26, 2005. After comments have been received and reviewed, any necessary adjustments will be made to the exhibit panel.
