Evaluation and Authorization Procedures for Fixed Anchors and Fixed Equipment in NPS Wilderness Area

The National Park Service (NPS) seeks to obtain input from Tribes and Native Hawaiian Organizations to develop a draft Directive for the Wilderness Stewardship Reference Manual regarding the evaluation and authorization process for fixed anchors and fixed equipment associated with climbing activities in NPS administered wilderness areas.
