Freedom's Way NHA Management Plan

The Freedom's Way National Heritage Area was designated by Congress and signed by President Barak Obama on 30 March 2009 under Public Law 111-111. FWNHA consists of a 45-community area, including the unincorporated town of Devens (formerly Fort Devens). The heritage area is roughly described as from the western boundary of the town of Winchendon, Massachusetts, extending east to the City of Malden, Massachusetts; then North to the Town of Amherst, New Hampshire and south to Sudbury, Massachusetts.
