Description of Work
1. Install two ADA signs on exterior of rest-room for signage (must include Braille).
2. Paint exterior (new color to match existing brown color).
3. Paint interior of restrooms after rehabilitation.
4. Install ADA designation parking sign on 4" x 4" brown pressure treated post in parking area.
5. Patch exterior spauling concrete (40 SF).
Men's Side Interior
1. Relocate toilet to meet ADA codes (17" to 19" from side wall) (height 17" to 19").
2. Move toilet stall partition wall out to have 60" clear space inside stall compartment.
3. Change out left side partition panel not to exceed 4" on door hinge side (same color).
4. Change out right side partition panel as required for 60" inside clearance.
5. Overhead channel for partitions to be extended to meet compartment new size 60".
6. Tile shall be replaced in kind, buckwheat in color or COR to select color if it can not be matched. Tile to be replaced in minimum size 2' x 2' square if color is changed. One or two piece replacement of tile will not be accepted for any replacements if not same color. This will apply to all tile replacement throughout restroom.
7. Relocate coat hook on toilet stall door to ADA required height (max height is 48" from floor).
8. Remove urinal and relocate to new center between sink and new partitions. New urinal to meet ADA codes, height max is 17" from floor and urinal 13 ½" deep minimum from wall.
9. Replace sink with new wall hung sink. Sink height to bottom of sink lip minimum of 27" and top of lip not to exceed 34" in height. Sink depth front of sink to wall minimum of 17" not to exceed 25".
10. Insulate all piping under sink and water lines.
11. Relocate soap dispenser and install at required reach height (max. height is 48").
12. Change out exterior water spigot handle to meet standards.
Women's Side Interior

Additional Requirements:
-The contractor will ensure that all equipment and materials brought into the park are free of non-native, invasive plants and animals, and noxious weeds. All staff working on site shall be informed of and follow best management practices for preventing the indroduction and spread of non-native, invasive species as described in Division 1 Specifications, Section 1355.
-Specific coordination with Yosemite's Archeology and History, Architecture, and Landscapes Branch Chiefs has been satifactoriliy completed.
