Yosemite Valley Residence 76 Deck Rebuild

Project entails replacement of the existing residential deck. The deck has been exposed to much weathering and must be replaced for safety considerations. This involves demolition and removal of all existing materials from the site. Proposed ground disturbance will be kept at minimum with the digging of stair footings and placement of pier blocks. Dimensions will be the same as the existing deck. Posts, joists, stairs and handrails will be replaced with 4x4, 2x12 and 2x4 Douglas fir accordingly. Decking will be replaced with Weather Best plastic decking for durability.
