The Desert Queen Ranch is a homesteading and mining site adjacent to Joshua Tree National Park's Wonderland of Rocks. The National Park Service has initiated a planning process to determine the future management of the Desert Queen Ranch and surrounding cultural resources. Joshua Tree National Park will be developing a management plan for how the area will be managed, including interpretation, historic preservation, natural resource protection and safety. The National Park Service welcomes your comments and participation in this process.
