This project will fund maintenance and repair of the Russian Bishops House. Cyclic maintenance funds were used in FY14 to paint the Russian Bishops House. This project completes maintenance on the front half of the building exterior, including the "gallery" outside of the chapel. Work will include cleaning the remaining timbers and sanding to remove loose paint. Windows of the gallery will require new glazing along with new primer and two coats of paint. The steel roof will be painted, 8 shutters on the exterior will be reconstructed and a wooden trough system that holds the steel gutters will be rebuilt. The two brick chimneys will have the mortar re-pointed.

Snow guards will be installed on the steel roof to prevent further damage of the gutter system. Work will also include inspection and repair of an on-going water leak over the southwest end gallery windows. This work will include inspect the window frames/window glazing and window sills for damage or deterioration. Depending on what we find: (A)-strip- reseal-re-glaze and repaint windows; (B) If needed replace or repair rotten window frames and window sills and re-glaze windows; and (C) if needed- --replace/repair inner framework and or surrounding damaged wood, followed by scenario B
