The c.1760 Harmony Hall Manor will have all interior wood, plaster and other material surfaces repaired, replaced in-kind and stabilized. Work will include leadbased paint and structural integrity assessment; abatement and construction plan development as well as implementation specifications. This project will repair and rehabilitate all interior features as well as abatement of all hazardous materials within the construction and public use areas. Make all appropriate repairs to allow for continued use.
