A section of fascia over the south porch roof has rotted away and is need of replacement. In-kind cypress boards will be used to replace the rotted section. Once completed, the board will be painted to match the remaining fascia. Fir floor boards on the south porch that have warped and rotted will be replaced with in-kind boards and painted to match the rest of the floor. Both the fascia and porch floor boards were replaced when the home was restored in 1992-1993.
The home was last repaired and painted in 2016.
