This Project will consist of replacing three existing Heating and Cooling Systems with three high efficiency furnaces, three high efficiency condensing units of at least eighteen seer, three high efficiency evaporator coils of at least eighteen seer, three new line sets, and all units using 410A refrigerant. In addition, a new DDC control system will be installed to bring the Dean House (HS-13) online with the rest of the parks HVAC control automation system.
