This project will consist of painting the entire exterior 3,880 SF of the Education Center, including windows, shutters, doors, trim, soffits, fascia, downspouts, decking and siding. A primer coat and two finish coats of exterior latex paint will be applied by brushwork. Repairs to siding will be made as necessary, including replacing any sheathing in problem areas of the house
