Lincoln Home National Historic Site » Replace Entry Boardwalks to Homes on North End of Park » Document List

This project will consist of replacing all boardwalks leading up to the Beedle House, Lyon House, Dean House, Education Center, and Lincoln Home/Woodshed/Carriage House. Rough sawn oak planking, nailers, and runners are part of the walkway design and need to be replaced on all entry walkways leading up to the aforementioned houses. These walkways are used by nearly 400,000 annual visitors, workers employed in the downtown area, and park staff and are therefore extremely critical to the park. There is atotal of approximately 975 LF of boardwalks, all of which are approximately 4 feet wide, that need replacing.
