This project will consist of tuckpointing brick lined window wells on lease buildings. The wells require minor grinding and tuckpointing since they are pulling away from the main foundation of the houses. Any deteriorated brick will be replaced with period-appropriate brick in a similar color. Mortar will be tinted to match existing. Some ground disturbance will be required to access the outside of 3 wells at the Cook House (HS-19) to best complete the project, to the depth of no more than 2' below surface. A fourth well is encased in concrete and will not require ground disturbance, but will require tuckpointing repairs.
