This project will consist of painting the exterior of three structures. All 6,141 SF of the exterior of the Dean House, 1420 SF of the Dean Barn, and 356 SF of the Dean House Laundry Shed will be painted, including any windows, doors, trim, soffit, fascia, downspouts, decking and siding. Repairs will be made as necessary to these structures before any painting begins.
