This project is to replace the existing cedar shingle roofs on the (HS-11) Sprigg House (approx. 928 SF), Sprigg Barn (approx. 500 SF) and Sprigg Privy (approx. 64 SF). Any damage to sheathing underneath will be replaced, as well as new ice and water shield, 30 pound felt paper and a roof underlayment such as "Cedar Breather", drip edge, new number one, 24" blue label cedar shingles, ridge vent, coil stock and cedar boards will be installed.
