This project will be to paint the exterior of both the Sprigg and Corneau Barns, as well as the Sprigg and Corneau Privies. The Corneau and Sprigg Barn both have 1010 SF of exterior paintable surface. The Corneau Privy has 250 SF and the Sprigg Privy has 90 SF of exterior paintable surface. All surfaces will be prepped and any damaged boards will be replaced before staining. All surfaces will be painted with two coats of solid color stain.
