Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument seeks public input on potential direct and indirect effects of a project involving the installation of flag pole lights in the Custer National Cemetery. The park proposes to install a new lighting system in previously disturbed ground, where an older system had previously been located. The older system was removed in 2015 due to system failure.
