This project will consist of replacing the eight hundred five square foot roof of the Arnold Barn, as well as making necessary repairs as needed. The existing roof will be removed, any damaged sheeting will be replaced, new ice and water shield around the perimeter of the ridge will be installed, new #30 felt paper and rolled cedar breather will be put down, and new #1, 24" blue label cedar shingles will be nailed to roof. Once shingles are installed, the ridge will be cut and a ridge vent covered by one inch cedar caps will be installed.
