This project will consist of replacing two five-ton self-contained geothermal heat pump /air handling units at the Lyon/Rosenwald House with new units. Geothermal was installed in 2010 and is now in need of constant repair. We will be replacing these units with like and kind to adapt to the existing system components (pumps/wells).
