Signed FONSI-Deepen Castle Rock Cut

The FONSI (Finding of No Significant Impact) identifies the selected alternative for deepening Castle Rock Cut. New information addresses the completion of the Section 106 consultation process with the Hopi tribe and Utah SHPO, as evidenced by the SHPO's 9-29-08 concurrence with the NPS "no adverse effect" determination regarding cultural resources and tribal TCPs, and completion of the Section 401/404 permitting process. Also included is an Errata Sheet. The FONSI was signed by the NPS regional director on 11-3-08.
