2007 Public Scoping Report for ORV Management Plan

In September 2007 the NPS provided an opportunity to comment on the proposal to prepare an Off-road Management Plan and Environmental Impact Statement for Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. Three public workshops were held in conjunction with the scoping period. This report provides an analysis of the comments received.
