Tule Lake Unit GMP Public Scoping Comment Summary Newsletter #2

During the scoping process we received hundreds of comments regarding the future of the Tule Lake Unit. Over 550 people attended public meetings and dozens more provided written comments about their concerns and ideas for the site. These comments were heartfelt, impassioned, and instructive.

Your comments will help formulate a vision for the Tule Lake Unit's development, future management, and provide a framework for the park's priorities. As we continue the planning effort at the Tule Lake Unit, the success of the final plan and its implementation is dependent on your continued involvement. We will stay in contact regarding the planning process and hope this is only the beginning of our conversation about the Tule Lake Unit and its future.
