Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill Draft Programmatic Damage Assessment and Restoration Plan and Draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement

The Deepwater Horizon Natural Resource Damage Assessment Trustees (Trustees) are pleased to announce availability of the "Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill Draft Programmatic Damage Assessment and Restoration Plan and Draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement".
Development of this document began with a 90 day public scoping period initiated in February 2011. Your input and engagement are important to this restoration planning process.

Interested individuals, organizations, and agencies are encouraged to provide comments on the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill Draft Programmatic Damage Assessment and Restoration Plan and Draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement. The Trustees will accept comments through December 4, 2015.

To enter and submit a comment click the "Comment Now" button. If you desire to add an attachment to a comment made on the comment portal, you can send your attachment to gulfspill.comments@noaa.gov.

The Trustees will accept additional public comment at public meetings held according to the schedule listed under the "Meeting Notices" link.
