The Deepwater Horizon Natural Resource Damage Assessment Trustees (Trustees) are pleased to announce availability of the "Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill Draft Programmatic Damage Assessment and Restoration Plan and Draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement".
Development of this document began with a 90 day public scoping period initiated in February 2011. Your input and engagement are important to this restoration planning process.

Interested individuals, organizations, and agencies are encouraged to provide comments on the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill Draft Programmatic Damage Assessment and Restoration Plan and Draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement. The Trustees will accept comments through December 4, 2015.
