2004 Commission Review of McPherson Square Rehab


The present proposed rehabilitation of McPherson Square is based on the 2003-2004 work of the Downtown Parks Task Force, which included the National Park Service, the Downtown BID, Green Spaces for DC, the National Capital Planning Commission (NCPC), and The Commission of Fine Arts (CFA). The attached document is the June 2004 NCPC and CFA review of proposed rehabilitation in McPherson Square.
