CFA Development of Concept Design Letter 12.1.14

Letter stating that a CFA meeting was held on November 20, 2014 to review the development ofthe concept design for the Dwight D. Eisenhower National Memorial at Maryland and Independence Avenues, SW. The Commission endorsed the refinement ofthe design, characterizing the project as an extraordinary commemorative work, and provided the comments to be addressed as the project progresses toward a final design.
