The Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) and Wetlands Statement of Findings for the Shark Valley Site Plan Environmental Assessment was signed by NPS Regional Director Mark Foust on May 1, 2023

The FONSI and EA constitute the record of the environmental impact analysis and decision-making process as required by the National Environmental Policy Act.
