Intent to Rely on NEPA Document


The California Regional Water Quality Control Board has determined that the Merced River Plan EIS meets the requirements of CEQA. Accordingly, the Central Valley Water Board proposed to use the EIS instead of preparing a new CEQA document for the purposes of a Water Quality Certification. The public notice is beign circulated for 30 days pursuant to section 15225 of the CEQA Guidelines.
