Draft Alternatives for the Concessions Prospectus

The NPS is preparing a prospectus for a new contract and would like to hear public comments on the preliminary alternatives that have been developed to date.Information on these alternatives can be found in the attached press release.

Public scoping for the environmental assessment for the Concession Contract Prospectus for Kings Canyon Village Services occurred between November 18 and December 21, 2009. Six comment letters were received from individuals. A summary report of the scoping comments is available under "Documents" on this website.

Public comment on the preliminary alternatives may be submitted online at this website. The public may also direct comments regarding this project to the park in writing by sending an e-mail to seki_planning@nps.gov, or the public may mail or hand deliver their comments to the address below.
