Final Memorandum of Agreement

This memorandum of agreement signed by the New York State Historic Preservation Officer, New Jersey State Historic Preservation Officer, Chief of the Delaware Tribe of Indians, Chair of the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission, and the Superintendent of Statue of Liberty National Monument outlines measures that NPS will take, in consultation with the above mentioned consulting parties, to mitigate and minimize the adverse effects of this project on the pending Statue of Liberty Historic District.
