2017_0908_Amendment to the 3R Project

This CatEx is an amendment to the Parkwide Road Maintenance and Modification EA and FONSI. It authorizes Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) (existing asphalt pulverized and blended with the native soil and compacted in place as base) and Hot Asphalt Cement Pavement (HACP) overlay on three parking areas that were not covered under the original EA and FONSI: Balanced Rock, Courthouse Towers, and Park Avenue and minor modifications to parking area curbing at Balanced Rock only.
