Public Scoping Report - Winter 2015

This document is the Public Scoping Report that analyzes comments received during the public scoping period that began on January 26, 2015 and extended through March 4, 2015. A summary of comments is provided to outline the major groupings of comments,along with examples of specific comments to illustrate the trend. Where possible, the number of comments that were received in a specific area is noted; however, it should be noted that this was not a vote-counting process, and while the summaries provide information on the number
of comments received, the emphasis was on the content of the comment rather than the number of times a comment was received. A comment summary table and correspondence report showing all correspondences received are also included.

This document is being posted in response to requests received during the EA/SDP public comment period that began on July 2, 2015 and extends through August 7, 2015. That public comment report will be posted to PEPC once analysis on the EA/SDP public comments is complete.
