Phase V.3 Florida Coastal Access Project: Draft Restoration Plan and Supplemental Environmental Assessment
The FL TIG is proposing a third phase of the Florida Coastal Access Project, including the acquisition of a coastal inholding parcel within the Navarre Beach Marine Park in Santa Rosa County, Florida, as the preferred alternative. This would continue the process of restoring lost recreational use in the Florida Restoration Area resulting from the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
