Louisiana Trustee Implementation Group Phase 2 Restoration Plan/Environmental Assessment: Queen Bess Island


This draft plan evaluates two project alternatives and a no action alternative. The preferred alternative would create 37 acres of bird habitat, 30 for brown pelicans and 7 for terns and skimmers. The estimated cost of the preferred alternative is $16.7 million.
