The Louisiana Trustee Implementation Group invites you to participate in this meeting, which will be held in association with a Wildlife and Fisheries Commission meeting. Knowledgeable staff will be on hand before and after the meeting to discuss the draft plan and to answer your questions. The meeting will include a presentation of the draft plan and an opportunity for you to make public comment.

 
Description:
The Phase 2 Draft Restoration Plan and Environmental Assessment #1.1: Queen Bess Island Restoration evaluates two project alternatives and one no action alternative. The preferred alternative would restore 37 acres of bird habitat, 30 acres for brown pelicans and 7 acres for terns and skimmers.
