This CatEx is an amendment to the Parkwide Road Maintenance and Modification EA and FONSI. It authorizes night work, construction of a longer inbound entrance lane, construction of a roundabout, and rehabilitation work on the Devils Garden campground road, Windows loop road, and Delicate Arch road.
