Installation: seasonal FAA Weather Cameras (Kahiltna, Ruth)

This CE approves a seasonal installation of two FAA Weather Cameras on the Kahiltna and Ruth Glaciers to provide for aviation safety and minimize unnecessary (aborted for poor weather) flights into the Alaska Range. Removed at the close of each climbing season; 5 yr approval (2017-2021).
