Eisenhower Memorial CFA Submission 1.5.17

Presentation includes a revised tapestry image (CFA was supportive of the concept but wants to see a mock-up that inidciates the technology can portray the scene); four trees were to removed from the plan; and the young Eisenhower sculpture is proposed to relocated closer to LBJ.
