Accessibility Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan

Pinnacles National Park is seeking your input on a Draft Accessibility Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan. Your participation is important to our planning process.

The plan will guide changes to the way existing services, activities, and programs are provided at Pinnacles National Park. Barriers that limit accessibility were defined in multiple locations throughout the park, and recommendations for removing or modifying conditions to improve accessibility for all users are provided. An interdisciplinary team including park and regional staff looked at key park experiences throughout the park, determined park priority areas, assessed the accessibility of each priority park area, and developed implementation strategies for improving the accessibility at each location.

Your input on the draft plan will help us as we work to ensure that Pinnacles National Park is more accessible to all visitors. The National Park Service values the public's interest in Pinnacles National Park and we look forward to your participation in this planning process.
