Scoping Notification

The purpose of this memorandum is to notify agencies and potential project stakeholders of an opportunity to assist the NPS and NCPC to identify environmental issues that could result from the implementation of the proposed project. The project team is presenting two potential concepts for the improved pedestrian connection however, based on public feedback, the project team may identify and evaluate additional or modified alternatives in the EA.
